Private Insurance (Out of Network Benefits)

LRT is not in network with any insurance provider. This decision is solely in response to private insurance’s reputation of undervaluing mental health professionals. This does not necessarily mean clients cannot utilize their insurance policy to cover the cost of services. Out of network (OON) services can still be processed by your insurance only if there are OON benefits. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider to determine if they have OON benefits which, if available, can minimize any out of pocket cost. We are happy to look into this for you, if needed. Generally, the client will cover the cost of service but will be provided with the required invoice to submit to your insurance to process the rendered service(s) and have any reimbursement payments made payable to you. Benefits to inquire about include general coverage for out of network behavioral health services, the out of network deductible, and any out of pocket max amount. We would be happy to explain this process further to make sure you are making the most of your policy.

Fees are collected with Ivy Pay

LRT conveniently utilizes a HIPAA secure payment processing system which accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. After your first appointment, you will receive a text message from Ivy Pay which will prompt you to set up your preferred payment method. Ivy Pay gives clients the option to save this payment method for future appointments which will allow for automatic transactions after services have been rendered. Clients are welcome to update their preferred payment method at any time.

The No Surprise Act requires all health care providers to provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of the anticipated cost of services to noninsured or self pay clients at the start of treatment or upon request. LRT informs all clients of the cost of services prior to confirming the first appointment. Please contact us for more information.
